Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?

Yes — every Bianco ceramic is tested to 1,000 dishwasher cycles before launch. They are also microwave safe. We recommend the rinse-and-low-heat dry cycle to extend the matte glaze finish.

What does the lifetime no-chip warranty cover?

If a Bianco ceramic chips on its rim or foot within the first five years of ownership under normal home use, we replace it at our cost — no photo or proof required, just your order number.

Can I expand my set later?

Yes — service for 4 sets are designed to expand to 8 or 12 across glaze families. We commit to keeping each glaze in production for at least 5 years from launch so you can match new pieces.

Are reactive glazes consistent between orders?

Each piece is hand-glazed, so reactive glazes vary by 5-10% between batches. We photograph under controlled light, but expect natural tonal range — character, not defect.

Do you offer registry or bulk discounts?

Yes — wedding registry orders over $400 receive a 10% completion discount. Restaurants and large-host bulk orders are quoted individually; email support@biancotable.com.
